February has come and gone. Here's the big roundup for me.

First, yesterday, mostly against my will, I was hurled into the world of vibe coding. I'm still processing this fundamental change to my daily working life. It's weird.

The Leopard Aesthetics Book Club selection for February was Blood Harmony by Bruce Snider. We met on Saturday 21 February 2026 at Mr. Tombstone's Coffee Emporium. All LABC members enjoyed this selection.

I've been reading Miss Marjoribanks by Margaret Oliphant. Loving it. Highly recommended.

Thrilled to have a poem in January House! It's called Aubade With First Responder and it's about that time someone I loved had a medical emergency and the firefighters who showed up acted like cops. Not sure any of that made it into the poem, but that's what it is about. The poem was accepted last month, is up on their site, and will be in the Summer Issue (which I think might be print).
